Terms and Condition
Cancellations and/or downgrades must be received in writing by Monday,
October 10, 2025, midnight CT to receive a refund less $675 processing fee per participant.
Cancellation/downgrade requests received after October 10, 2025, midnight CT will not be refunded.
Ticketed events are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued until 7–15 days post-event.
Refund requests must be sent in writing to us by email.
Telephone requests are not accepted.
Refunds will not be processed for individuals who registered for the event but did not attend.
We are not liable for travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond our or the registrant's control.
All attendees are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Substitutions are allowed but the registration type will not change. Substitutions are only allowed for equal type registrations
(i.e., Nurse to Nurse, Member to Member, Nonmember to Nonmember). A $225 fee will apply per substitution.
All major credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express (3.5% Surcharge applies))
are acceptable forms of payment to pay the fees and hotels. Cash will not be accepted.
Invitation letters will be available only after your registration has been confirmed. You can submit this letter with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location,
and purpose of the Sessions 2025.
By registering for the Sessions, you agree that your personal data will be processed by Medcon for registration and handling purposes,
and to send you information in connection with the Sessions.
Participants are entitled to revoke their consent to the specific data processing at any time by emailing us.
