All event and hotel bookings made through Medcon are processed via official housing agencies and hotels directly. By using our services, you agree to the booking and refund terms established by these organisations

  • Cancellation of an event or hotel booking within the time frame specified in the service agreement.
  • Errors in billing or overpayment
  • Services not rendered as agreed upon due to circumstances within our control.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the deadline specified in the service agreement.
  • Change of mind or personal reasons not covered by our cancellation policy.
  • Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by us or our vendors
